4.3 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access Your Data

You have the right to access all personal information and client data stored in the App at any time through the app interface.

7.2 Delete Your Data

You may delete individual client records or your entire account at any time through the App. Note that certain data may be retained for educational audit purposes as required by institutional policies even after account deletion.

You can export client reports and analysis data as PDF documents at any time.

7.4 Correct Your Data

You can edit and update client information and analysis data directly in the App.

While the App requires email for account creation and report delivery, you can control which reports are emailed to clients on a case-by-case basis.

8. Student Rights Under FERPA

If you are a student at Skyline College, your data may be subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Under FERPA, you have the right to:

Inspect and review your educational records
Request amendments to inaccurate records
Consent to disclosure of personally identifiable information (with certain exceptions)

Skyline College esthetics program should provide you with appropriate consent forms to use with clients.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by esthetician students (18 years or older) and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make changes:

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email
